Why I built Ritelio.
Ask a business owner whether last month actually made money, and most can’t tell you right away. For almost 20 years, I’ve worked as a digital business consultant to retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and hospitality owners, and I’ve seen why. Almost every time, I found the same thing: five or six different tools trying to run one business. There was a free app for stock, a spreadsheet for sales, and an accountant working off a system of their own.
And the real problem was never the marketing, the website, or the CRM. The business itself had leaks nobody could see. That’s why I built Ritelio. It’s not another tool to add to the pile, but the one place where the whole business actually runs.
Ritelio Core is built from a business owner’s perspective, not a programmer’s. Sure, there are plenty of similar apps, and some may even have features we don’t. But I never set out to build the longest feature list. Every feature, including the AI, comes from what an owner needs to see, decide, and fix, not from what looks technically impressive. On top of that, it’s all shaped by how businesses really operate in Indonesia.

Spell out exactly what a product is made of, including quantities, unit conversions, and expected yield. Every edit is saved as a new version, so past batches always show the recipe they actually used.

Work Orders
Plan a production run, then move it from Draft to In Progress to Completed. Along the way, raw materials and finished goods update your stock automatically, so you don’t need a spreadsheet.

Is Ritelio Core open to everyone right now?
Not yet. We’re in private beta and onboarding businesses by invitation as early adopters. If you’re interested, apply through the contact form below, and we’ll reach out to get you set up.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Ritelio Core runs entirely in your web browser, on any device, so there’s nothing to download, and updates happen automatically.
Do I need to hire a consultant to get started?
No. As soon as you log in, every screen has built-in guides, a step-by-step walkthrough, and a glossary of business terms. So most businesses can set themselves up without outside help, and a consultant is optional, not required.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Every business runs in its own isolated space, protected at the database level. On top of that, financial records are write-protected, and your data is stored securely in the cloud.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time and pick up right where you left off. The products, sales, and settings you created during the trial all stay in place.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. You can import your products and customers from a CSV file in minutes, and export your data again anytime you need to. After all, your data stays yours.
Can I manage more than one store?
Yes. Ritelio Core supports multiple branches and warehouses at once, with separate stock, staff, and reports for each branch. And if you want the big picture, there’s also a consolidated view of everything.
Does it support Indonesian tax rules?
Yes. Faktur Pajak, PPh 23 and PPh 4(2) withholding, and QRIS payments are all built in, and they’re designed around how business actually works in Indonesia.
Can my staff use it in English or Indonesian?
Both. Every user can switch the app between English and Bahasa Indonesia anytime.
Does Ritelio support manufacturing businesses?
Yes. Ritelio includes Bills of Materials, Work Orders, and production costing, including subcontract (maklon) production, and it all runs inside the Ritelio Core you already use.
