So it's not a generic model guessing at retail advice.
Smart reorder suggestions
Low-stock alerts tell you what's running out, but the AI Assistant goes a step further. It looks at sell-through rate, seasonality, and lead time, then suggests what to reorder and roughly when, before you actually run out. This builds directly on the per-branch stock tracking we cover in our multi-branch retail guide, so the suggestions already account for the fact that branch A and branch B might need very different quantities.
Auto product descriptions
Writing product descriptions for a catalog of hundreds of SKUs is exactly the kind of task that eats up a founder's afternoon. That's why the assistant can draft descriptions from the product details you already have, so you're editing a draft instead of starting from a blank field.
Sales forecasting
Instead of guessing next month's numbers from memory, the assistant projects forward from your actual sales history, and you can break it down by branch, category, or product. That way, your purchasing, staffing, and production plans rest on something more solid than gut feel.
Why we're building this into Core, not as a separate tool
An AI feature is only as good as the data behind it. Because point of sale, inventory, purchasing, and accounting already share one record in Ritelio Core, the assistant isn't pulling from a stale export. It works from the same live numbers your team is using right now. That's also why POS and inventory shouldn't be separate apps in the first place.
