Low-stock alerts tell you what's running out. The AI Assistant goes a step further, looking at sell-through rate, seasonality, and lead time to suggest what to reorder and roughly when, before you're actually out. This builds directly on the per-branch stock tracking we cover in our multi-branch retail guide: reorder suggestions that account for the fact that branch A and branch B might need very different quantities.
Auto product descriptions
Writing product descriptions for a catalog of hundreds of SKUs is exactly the kind of task that eats a founder's afternoon. The assistant can draft descriptions from the product attributes you already have, so you're editing a draft instead of starting from a blank field.
Sales forecasting
Rather than guessing at next month's numbers from memory, the assistant projects forward from your actual historical sales, broken down by branch, category, or product, so planning purchasing, staffing, or production runs on something more concrete than gut feel.
Why we're building this into Core, not as a separate tool
An AI feature is only as good as the data behind it. Because point of sale, inventory, purchasing, and accounting already share one record in Ritelio Core, the assistant isn't querying a stale export. It's reasoning over the same live numbers your team is working from right now. That's why POS and inventory shouldn't be separate apps in the first place: connected data is what makes features like this actually useful instead of a novelty.
