Points, loyalty tiers, and rewards your customers can redeem directly at checkout, tied to the same customer profile that already tracks purchase history, groups, and price lists. The goal is a loyalty program that doesn't require a separate app or a separate database of customers. It reads and writes the same customer record your POS and CRM already use.
Table Management & Reservations
Built specifically for restaurants and cafes: table layouts, reservations, and online booking, connected to the same order flow as the rest of Ritelio Core. If you've read our piece on why in-house and maklon production both need real cost tracking, this is the F&B-side counterpart: a workflow shaped around how food and beverage businesses actually operate, not a generic retail flow with a "tables" label stuck on top.
Kitchen Display
Orders placed at the register or table route straight to screens at each kitchen station, replacing printed tickets with a live queue. Paired with table management, this closes the loop from "order taken" to "food out" without a paper trail in between, and it's built for F&B businesses specifically, the same segment we call out in our manufacturing tools for food producers.
Why we're building these now
These three features share a theme: they're for businesses where service, not just the transaction, is the product. A restaurant's real workflow is reservations → tables → kitchen → order → payment, not just "point of sale." Building loyalty, tables, and kitchen display on top of the same platform as Ritelio Core means none of it becomes a second system to reconcile. That's the same principle behind everything else we build.
